Tracking your parcel
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering. Greg's Hot Sauce will only be responsible for covering the cost of any reposting if we incorrectly label your package. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will also provide the Australia Post tracking number. If your order does not arrive within ten working days, we recommend you contact Australia Post to enquire about expected delivery dates.
Items lost in delivery
With items lost in transit, you need to submit a missing item enquiry form with Australia Post seeking compensation for the cost of the item and postage. We are happy to assist you with that process.
Items damaged in delivery
Without limiting the terms and conditions herein, Greg's Hot Sauce will not accept liability for any loss or damage to your order during transit. We take all necessary steps to pack your order in a manner that will protect them through the delivery process; however, sometimes packages can be damaged, which is beyond our control. Should you receive a damaged item, you should immediately contact Australia Post and lodge a Customer Service Complaint seeking compensation for the cost of the item and postage fee. Australia Post specifies that you must present the damaged item and the packaging to a post office to lodge a report. You must provide proof of identity, postage receipt, or the item. Should this occur, we are happy to assist you with this process.
Refund policy
If you receive a product that is different from your expectations, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. If this occurs, you must return the item to Greg's Hot Sauce within a week of purchase in its original unopened and undamaged condition. If this happens, contact us for mailing details.

Any information you submit on this website is kept strictly confidential and will not be on-sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to a third party unless required by law.
What information do we collect, and how do we use it?
When you order through our website, we need to know your name, email, phone number and address. It allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. We will also include you on an email list and periodically email you about specials and offers. Please let us know if you no longer wish to receive these emails, and we will remove you from the list.
Use of credit card information
If providing credit card information, we will only use this information to facilitate the sale. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain or use the information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.
