Tracking your parcel
When placing your order, please ensure the delivery address is accurate. Greg's Hot Sauce will only cover the cost of reposting if we incorrectly label your package. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation along with the Australia Post tracking number. If your order doesn't arrive within ten working days, please contact Australia Post to inquire about the expected delivery dates. 

Items lost in delivery
If an item is lost in transit, please submit a missing item enquiry form with Australia Post to seek compensation for both the item and postage costs. We are happy to assist you with this process.

Items damaged in delivery
Greg's Hot Sauce takes all necessary precautions to ensure your order is packed securely for transit. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery. In the event you receive a damaged item, please promptly contact Australia Post to lodge a Customer Service Complaint and seek compensation for the cost of the item and the postage fee. Australia Post requires you to present the damaged item and packaging at a post office, along with proof of identity and the postage receipt. Should this situation arise, we are here to assist you throughout the process.

Refund policy
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we will either replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. To qualify, please return the item to Greg's Hot Sauce within one week of purchase in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. For mailing details, contact us promptly.
