We have taken BBQ sauce to the next level! Our Blazing Barbecue is deliciously dark, smoky, sweet, and lusciously thick, with a fantastic depth of flavour while sitting at a reasonable 3/10* on our heat scale.

It has all the flavours of a traditional barbecue sauce – tomato, paprika, mustard, smoke, and a wonderful sweetness that pairs well with meats, or hearty root vegetables. Unlike other BBQ sauces, this one has Habanero chillis, adding a subtlety that works its way to the back of your throat with a slow, lingering zing.

Use this sauce on all forms of protein (beef/chicken/venison), or add a few splashes when barbecuing vegetables, especially mushrooms, for a sweet, rich flavour. Our Blazing Barbecue is perfect for those who enjoy a balance of flavours and a moderate heat level.
